How do I use the mailing service to sell my gold?
1. Complete the GoldPack secure order form below or contact us for assistance. Our mailing service is completely free and there is never any obligation to sell your items.
2. We send you a secure GoldPack as soon as we receive your request.
3. Within a week or so, you'll receive your secure GoldPack, which includes free return shipping with insurance and return shipping instructions. Fill the GoldPack with your items and send it to us.
4. Upon receipt, we test and evaluate your items exactly as if you had brought them to one of our branches yourself.
5. You get money for your gold! Test results are fully documented and sent to you with your payment within one working day of receipt of your items.
We will contact you if you have sent us items that we are unable to purchase (for example, gold-plated items or items that are not gold, silver or platinum). We'll then ask you if you'd like them returned or donated to a local charity instead.
